Heather Dawn is a E-RYT 200 and 500 certified Yoga therapist and Personal Transformation Life Coach with over 20 years experience in the health and wellness field.
When we are happy and healthy we lead more productive, creative, emotionally fulfilled lives. Lasting change happens from the inside out.
Heather has been helping clients and students in and out of the yoga room for over 15 years. In her private sessions with clients, Heather integrates her expertise as a yoga and meditation teacher, life coach and bio-energetic healer to the personal needs of the individual. By partnering with her clients she helps facilitate the healing of emotional or physical imbalances and ailments by teaching the client to reconnect themselves from the inside out.
Learning interoceptive connectivity generates an awareness that has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation, help ease anxiety and tension and address a host of other health problems which lead to a disembodied life. Once we “turn on the light”of awareness, long stemming road blocks or problems can be resolved and lasting personal transformation can be begin.
Through the use of self-discovery, interoceptive connection, mindful movement, meditation, breath-work, and bio-energetic techniques like Reiki, clients can get through areas where they have been “stuck in a rut”. Such areas include; physical injuries, toxic dating and relationship patterns, unhealthy stress responses, anxiety, self-worth and host of negative behavior patterns that ultimately lead to illness.
The only way out is through.
If we allow ourselves to lean into our discomforts we can learn to correct imbalances and live happier, healthier lives within ourselves and with others. By becoming more present in our lives we increase more productive functioning, decrease pain and suffering and increase our overall health and well-being.
The Bodymuse system of personal transformation addresses each person physically, emotionally, cognitively and energetically. Heather is available for private sessions, lectures, and events.
