Heather Dawn is a Personal Transformation Life coach and meditation teacher who holds both an E-RYT 200 and 500 certifications as a Yoga therapist. An Intuitive with over 20 years experience in the health and wellness field, Heather uses her skills to help people feel better from the inside out.

Quick fixes are great but, Heather aims to help her client achieve sustainable results by addressing the body and mind as a unit rather than separate parts.

When we are calm, connected and healthy we lead more productive, creative, emotionally fulfilled lives.

Even though stress is a natural part of life it doesn’t mean it has to create lasting havoc on our mental and physical health. We can learn how to change our response to stressful situations and begin the journey of “updating our old behavioral software programs” now. There is freedom to be found in this process, one that leads us to increased productivity, happiness, health and over all success.

As a meditation teacher, personal transformation coach, yoga therapist and bio-energetic practitioner Heather uses her proven expertise to help facilitate the personal transformation that is needed in the body and mind. When you improve the inside world, your outer world will follow.

Heather teaches her clients how recognize emotional,cognitive and physical patterns in their lives. She teaches them how to reconnect to themselves in a new way from the inside out. Through developing sensory feedback awareness, deepening the connectivity to self and integration of the body-mind-subtle-body relationship we can produce the desired result.

Increasing our interoceptive connectivity has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation and help ease anxiety and tension. It also addresses a host of other health problems which can lead to a disembodied or unhealthy life. Once we “turn on the light” of awareness, long stemming road blocks or problems can start to be intercepted and reprogrammed and life changing personal transformation can be begin.

Through the use of self-discovery, interoceptive connection, mindful movement, meditation, breath-work, and bio-energetic techniques like Reiki, clients can get through areas where they have been “stuck in a rut”. Such areas can include; physical injuries, unhealthy stress responses, anxiety, motivation, low self-esteem and host of negative behavior patterns that ultimately lead to illness.

The only way out is through.

If we allow ourselves to lean into our discomforts we can learn to correct imbalances and live happier, healthier lives with ourselves and others. We can increase more productive functioning, decrease pain and suffering thus experiencing an increase in our overall health and well-being.
