Crow Pose:Bakasana

Crow is the most basic arm balance pose in the various flow styles of yoga. Learn how to do it correctly! Seal the shoulder joints, engage the core ( transverse abdomanis), use those inner thighs isometrically ( like they wanna touch..active..but don’t) and by all means tell your nervous brains to ” Push the floor away from your face!”  If we can avoid falling, great!  If not, no big deal..you’re just a few inches from the floor!
