If you have Plow Posture, think of this as it’s close relative. This posture is great for the lower back. It also provides a stretch for the neck and shoulders but it is NOT for those who have neck injuries….enjoy!
Arm balance fun! Learn some good ab work to help you gain an understanding of this pose ( and crow) then apply it to the arm balance! This one needs lots of core strength!
