about heather dawn


I am a certified Personal Transformation Life coach who brings both science and metaphysical-based expertise to all my private and group sessions.

I use several modalities to help my clients and students reach their desired transformational outcome.

Whether working with the physical, energetic, or mental body, all sessions are detailed to the individual's needs and desired outcome.

The physical body

Heather holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Hofstra University. She also earned numerous health & fitness certifications. Heather is an E-RYT 200 and 500 certified Yoga instructor and yoga therapist specializing in an alignment-based practice. She is a NASM certified personal trainer focused on working with the “over 50” clientele. She also has certifications in Pilates mat, power plate, and spin. Heather has been teaching both private and group formats in the LA area working at several fitness clubs such as Equinox (16 years), Bay club (7 years) Local Yoga Studios (Yogaworks), and Corporations ( Bank of America).

The Energy Field

Heather is a Crystal Reiki Master (Usui Lineage) and Intuitive. She earned her first energy healing certification when she was just 19 years old in Woodstock, N.Y. She is also a certified sound healer. As an empath with clairaudient and clairvoyant capabilities, Heather uses her intuitive abilities in combination with these vibrational, energetic modalities to help enhance the immune system, and balance the human biofield.

The Mental Body

Heather is a certified Guided meditation teacher and Transformational life coach. Heather works with her clients to help them recognize and change the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns in their lives. She teaches you how to reconnect to yourself in a new way, gaining a new perspective so changes can occur from the inside out. Through developing sensory feedback awareness, deepening the connectivity to ourselves while integrating the body-mind-subtle-body relationship, we can produce the desired result...one that lasts.
