Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

All styles of meditation have been shown to have numerous health benefits from lowering blood sugar and pressure, improving digestion, and reducing stress and anxiety. Guided journeys with sound are especially good for those who have a hard time meditating. If you struggle with an overactive mind and being still, the use of sound and guided imagery is especially helpful.
Sound vibrations communicate directly to our DNA. Human cells interact vibrationally and bio-chemically. When we use two tones that are of a different frequency, called a binaural wave, the brain processes it as one. This allows our brains to slow down and shift more easily from our “awake” Beta wave state to a more meditative brainwave state such as, Theta and Gamma waves.
Meditative journeys are available for private and group sessions on location (with COVID safety protocols in place) or on zoom.
*Headphones are recommended for all zoom meditation sessions.
